Dear Madam,
Thank you for posting your query on HCM.
Well looking into your problem I would like to tell you that you can be having acute gastritis . The symptoms you are telling indicate towards that but considering you age needs evaluation . For gas you can take a pantaprazole 40 mg once daily after consulting your treating physician. Take a bland diet . Have curd , it will be good for you.
An upper Gi endoscopy will be required for it . A USG abdomen , tests for H. Pylori , Serum TSH levels to see for any evidence of hypothyroidism as you complain of feeling unwell . I will advise you to see a physician for this as it will require complete evaluation to see for underlying cause .
Take care.
