Brief Answer:
Hello. She should be looked for lupus
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. I have gone through the details. So a kow platelet counts in a young female points towards systemuc lupus erythmatosus and sge should be investigated for the same. Anorher differential will be imnune thrombocytopenia. If these are ruled out, then uncommon possibility will be if leukemia. For ulcers, soda bicarbonatw based gargles can be done along with a topical anesthetic agent. It will help to relieve pain. For uti, antibiotic must be taken and completed. Antibiotic is an uncommon cause for low platelets.
Please discuss these points with your doctor and revert back.
Thanks and regards
