Brief Answer:
urolodynamic study
Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
In my opinion she needs to have a urodynamic study by a urologist or a urogynecologist.
Seeing the history and reports it seems she has a problem with voiding in the sense that she is not able to empty her bladder properly and fully so the residual urine which remains in the bladder is a source of infection.
Like a stagnant water is considered bad hygiene in any locality.
So give her the medicine prescribed along with tablet nitrofurantoin 100 mg twice a day for 7 days till you visit your doctor.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
