Suggest Treatment For Frequent And Painful Urination

hello, i am 22 year old girl,i have severe pain during urination and very frequent urination,doctor said its bladder infection so suggested me to take urispas and citralka syrup,after taking this i started facing lower back pain,and also my pain suddenly increase and reduce,i am taking medicines from 2days,but still i dont feel normal,so is there any other reason that i could face such problems?

Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms seem to be related to a urinary tract infection.

I see that you have already taken the treatment.

I would add to the treatment a cycle of antibiotics based on the fact that the symptoms continue.

I suggest to discuss with your doctor about the treatment of Ciprofloxacin twice a day for a week.
