Question: Last night woke up with severe chest pain, felt like I was going to pass out, sweating and then chills. Couldn't stand up, also couldn't lie down. After about 15 - 20 minutes it subsided and then had another episode about 15 minutes later. Was by my self so I couldn't go to er. This morning better, sore chest and shoulder and tired. Should I go to er or wait to see my Dr. tomorrow?

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

Although you feel somehow better I would recommend to go to ER in order to exclude life threatening situation which may be responsibile for chest pain.

Tomorrow may be to late because chest pain may be a sign for to many life threatening situations.

Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!
