Hi and welcome to HCM!
I am Dr.Klerida Shehu gastroenterologist and I ma glad to assist you.
I read carefully all your concerns and I can sa y as follows:
1. I need to know more about your medical data like:
- do you have done hepatitis tests A,B,C ?
- dose abdominal ultrasound shows about a biliary tree blockage ?
- Is GGT level normal or you haven't done it?
2. Your symptoms may be related with :
- toxic hepatitis after Flexeril use
- viral liver infection like virus A, B , C or cytomegalovirus or EBV.
- since alkaline phosphatase is hight too than biliary tree blocage should be ruked out with MRCP.
It would be great if you can upload to me your other medical data, so I can check them by myself.
Hope it was helpful to you!

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,
With regards to XXXXXXX syndrome your test results are not related with it.
XXXXXXX syndrome is not associated with high transaminase level and high alkaline phosphatase level.
Since you have done ct scan and it was normal than there is no biliary blackage.
At your situation to my opinion your symptoms seems to be related with toxic hepatitis due to recently drug usage.
Otherwise I suggest to do GGT level since direct bilirubin is increased.
Hope it was helpful to you.

Hi back,
In cases like severe toxic hepatitis is used contisosteroid treatment for at least 4 weeks.
In other cases like your were it is not related with too high level of transaminases than I don't recommend corticosteroids.
In such cases like your I prefer to use only vitamin therapy ( vitE and B group)and liquids.
Hope it was helpful to you!

Hi back,
Usually the recovery time in healthy patient and a moderate form like in your case , needs 10-12 weeks .
During this time the transaminases return in normal level.
Wish you health.
