Had a CT Scan It was NML- presssure and headaches now have developed in temporal and parietal area
Brief Answer:
Consult a Neurosurgeon.
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for using HCM.
There is need to clarify if by NML pressure on CT scan you mean Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus.
If so, then normal pressure hydrocephalus needs a neurosurgical evaluation and treatment.
Headache is not a common symptom in this condition, usual symptoms are mental decline, gait disturbances and urinary incontinence.
However intermittent headaches could be found as symptom.
I suggest you to consult a Neurosurgeon and discuss your concerns, CT scan findings and possible treatment ( lumbar puncture, shunting).
Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Brief Answer:
Probably tension-type headache.
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for additional info.
If orthostatic hypotension and any intracerebral cause of headaches are excluded, then yours is a episodic tension headache.
It is usually exacerbated by overwork, stress etc.
Modifying or economizing your energy and daily activities, OTC drugs, may help reduce your symptoms.
Hope this helps. If you have further questions feel free to ask.
