Brief Answer:
Seems to be drug related side effect

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
The symptoms enumerated by you may be side effects of zonisamide you are taking for seizures.
It will be better to consult your neurologist and get changed your drug. Levetiracetam is a better option for generalized idiopathic seizure.
What was your Mri and eeg reports.
Any family history?
Types of seizures?
Upload any investigation or reports if available.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Brief Answer:
Other possibility may be Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE)

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Are you having seizure recurrences since first seizure ?
You should consult another neurologist who is available sooner or a physician who can evaluate and prescribe medications for seizures.
Other disease possibilities with such symptom complex may be Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) with skin lesions, neurological presentation and depression.
You need to get detailed examination and investigations.
For borderline lupus you can consult a immunologist for assessment and treatment accordingly.
