Cervical x-ray/Stress management lifestyle changes.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX cool,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist,here to answer your query.

I understand your concerns and I shall to address them in the best possible way.
Your symptoms are probably indicative of cervical spondylosis and I suggest you to undergo a cervical spine x-ray for the same.Meanwhile, continue vitamin D and vitamin B 12 supplementation. These symptoms are likely to improve further.

Also, its worth mentioning that stress is adding up significantly to your symptoms. So,you must focus stress management.I suggest you to start doing regular mental relaxation exercises like meditation/yoga and I am hopeful that it will help a lot in improving your symptoms.

Hope that I have answered your query. If you have some further questions,I shall be glad to answer else please close the thread, rate it and write a review.

I am facing head and body swinging. Someone suggested me to take Siberian ginseg. Is this medicine safe for life time ?Please suggest Why is this happening? Also i am planning for baby . Should i go ahead in this condition?Rest i am already doing meditation , walk of 1-2 km daily. Also please suggest about amway nutralite products? Is the nutralite daily , fiber safe to intake daily?

Brief Answer:
Siberian ginseg and amway nutrilite are safe.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX cool,
Thanks for being in follow-up.

Please find your answers here point wise-

1)Siberian ginseg is considered to be a safe drug even on long term use.Just keep monitoring your blood pressure for some time after starting it.Also, you can check your blood sugar few months after you start it and keep checking the same on periodic(yearly) intervals,as there is a little evidence that it may increase blood pressure and blood sugar in some.I suggest that you stop this ayurvedic drug for the period, while you are pregnant because there are no safety trials in pregnancy. However for better information on the same, please consult an Ayurvedic specialist.

2)I hope you are talking about Amway nutrilite protein.Amway nutrilite is safe for daily intake. However, you can check the its composition and get back to me.

3)Regarding the cause of head and body swinging, its not yet clear by the history so far and please tell me some further details whether you have any ear related problems like-hearing deficit or tinnitus?
4)I don't see any reason, for why you should not plan a pregnancy. So go ahead and plan it.

Please follow-up with the details I asked for.

I have dns. I take avamys nasal spray for that once in a day. Hearing is ok. But i feel "teeeee" type sound when i get up in the morning and in resting mode from both the ears. Also sometimes i get sudden sharp pain in my left ear for fraction of seconds and then it goes.since i have dns in my left nose. So i do alom vilom once in a day to release mucous.

Brief Answer:
DNS should be corrected.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX cool,
Thanks for being in follow-up and providing further details.

DNS can be contributing to some of your symptoms. 'alom vilom ' is fine but you should get the DNS corrected by an ENT surgeon. Atleast, take his opinion on it.

Further, your clinical history does not provide any specific clues to indicate the cause of 'head and body swinging'.

I suggest you to get physically examined by a neurologist. If some abnormalities are detected on physical exam, that may help approach the diagnosis.

Hope that I have answered your query. If you have some further questions,I shall be glad to answer else please close the thread, rate it and write a review.
