What Causes Severe Headache, Dizziness, Neck Pain And Loss Of Appetite?

Possible pneumonia, anemia or a thyroid problems
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for using HCM to post your question.
I read carefully your question and I understand your concern.
What you are describing seem like something acute. The deep cough that goes with the fatigues worries me. If I was your caring doctor I would examine you for a possible pneumonia, especially if you have had fever at any point or if you had shortness of breath. An x-Ray may be needed too. Pneumonia it is very common and can be life threatening if not cured well.
If you have had no fever, and if cough/respiratory symptoms are not the main one in your condition, then 2 labs to strongly consider of rule out the possible causes of this fatigue are a CBC (to rule out Anemia or an infection), and a TSH (to rule out Thyroid problems).
So basically with all the recommendations above you would rule a lot. Depending on the results I can recommend you a treatment if you want, if you follow-up with me after.
Hope this is helpful.
Let me know if you have other questions or concerns.
Regards,
Dr. Papaqako
