What Causes Severe Headache,fatigue And Excessive Sweating?

Question: my husband is having severe headache , fatigue his whole body be soak and wet and it be cold in the house his nose get congested than he blow his nose and blood and some kind of tissue come out of his nose .what could this be? been going on for a month in a half now should we go to the emergency room he don't have any insurance so I really don't know what to do. thank you

Thanks for the query.
Symptoms of your husband suggests that he is suffering from subacute sinusitis and it needs to be properly investigated to find the exact cause and plan the treatment.
He needs to be seen by an ENT specialist and subjected for nasal mucus culture,nasal endoscopy and CT of sinuses to find the exact cause.
Infections are treated by proper antibiotic course and if some structural abnormality like polyp or some obstruction is found,then a surgical procedure can be done to remove that.
You may go to ER or may even consult your GP.
