Question: Hello
I was wondering if u can help me out I am 44 years old not over weight and since last night I have been having to get up and change my top as it is wet with sweat on my back
I have normal blood blood pressure
Not over weight
Do low impact cardio 3 or 4x a week
I still get my menstrual cycle although it seems to be changing last month it was 41 days and this month 30 it is a normal period can I be premenopausal and these r the symptoms

But even if it is it can take 3-7 years for menopause to ensue.
Also it can be related to thyroid problems and just a premenstrual event.
