Likely early osteoarthritis or vitamin D deficiency.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query
I'm Dr Sudhir Kumar
I have gone through your query and understand your concern.Reports are in normal range except elevation of ESR which is indicative of some inflammation.
There are two possibilities.
One is early osteoarthritis of knee joint as there is some reduction in joint space in medial joint space in x ray but age does not support diagnosis. Daicerine, glucosamine and quadriceps excercises are helpful. Analgesic such as ibuprofen is helpful in pain relief.
Second possibility is vitamin D deficiency as it can also cause such pains, so you can get vitamin D level and if found low you can get its supplements.
In this context, I would order for MRI of knee joint. MRI knee joint will be more informative. We can plan the treatment based on MRI result. You may discuss my view with the treating doctor.
You can discuss with your doctor about it.
Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.
Wishing you a good health.
Take care.

I m giving homeopathic medicine, some relief but not cure.
My fist question , Is this problem can resolve permanently?
My second is, What medicine to be given?
Regards
Cure is possible if pain is due vitamin D deficiency.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome back
Cure is possible if pain is due vitamin D deficiency. You may be taking vitamin D in small doses, not in full therapeutic doses, which is 60000 IU weekly for 10 weeks.
In early osteoarthritis progress of disease is possible by Diacerine and glucosamine supplements. You will have good relief of pain after a course of 4 months.
Everything else already discussed.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome back
I advise you to get your vitamin D level ( test) , Thyroid function test ( T3,T4,TSH) and MRI of effected knee joint. You can follow up after test reports. Till then you can start treatment of early arthritis. Treatment of early arthritis is Diacerine 50mg daily, glucosamine 1500 mg daily and vitamin D3 60000IU weekly. You can also take ibuprofen 600 mg single dose daily for pain relief.
Everything else already discussed.
