Question: 4 months ago I had l4 fusion with bone graft. Leg pain on right side gone. Now severe left side localized calf pain and ache in left side, constant. Advil and Percocet offer no relief
Brief Answer:
It can be nerve compression on left side
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case. I think there can be possibility of a recurrence of nerve compression on left side. It can be at same level or another level. I would suggest you to follow these steps.
1.Tablet Pregabalin M one at night time.
2.Avoid forward bending or weight lifting.
3.If pain still persist or increasing then you may need to get MRI of the spine to confirm the diagnosis.
Let me know if their is any other followup questions.
thanks
