Pain during sex and burning urination is quite common. You are having some genital or urinary tract infection. Also you are having indigestion problems.
I would suggest you the following-
Get an urine analysis and culture sensitivity done.
Avoid sex for a week, use lubrication thereafter.
Maintain genital cleanliness.
You can take tab ibuprofen or mefenemic acid for the pain you have mentioned.
Also you can take urine alkaliniser syrup and tab levofloxacin 500 twice daily for 5 days for the infection.
Take pantoprazole 40 once daily for 15 days.
Consult your doctor for prescription of the above.

Looks like genital infection; may be fungal
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
From your detailed history, it looks more like a fungal infection, and more a genital infection than urinary infection.
Still get an urine analysis and if possible, a culture of the discharge. That will reveal the organism. Treatment can be started specifically.
And in women having pcos or pcod, irregular menstruation is common and it can occur anytime again. You should be taking medicine for it, continue those and wait for a couple of months. If irregularity continues, consult your gynaecologist.
Hope this was helpful.
Wish you good health.
