Brief Answer:
Pain killers and magnesium supplements to start...

Detailed Answer:
Hi my dear,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.

Having muscle aches and related damages are well known side effects of using statin of any type.
It will take a few more time to get back to normality again hoping that damages are not permanent. This can be ensure by EMG and neurological studies of the muscles of the legs.

Next, apart muscle relaxants, you need to take pain killers like naproxen, ibuprofen, ketorolac, etc.

Multivitamin supplementation containing magnesium, zinc, calcium, etc. can also help with muscle spasms.

Hope it was of help!
