What Causes Severe Nausea, Weight Loss, Left-sided Abdominal Pain And Vomiting?

Question: My daughter suffers from severe nausea and has lost a significant amount of weight over eight months. For several days she couldn't eat anything. She went to a gastroenterologist who scoped and did a colonoscopy and found nothing. She also had a test for her gall bladder which showed the pyloric valve doesn't close and she has reflux. She has a lot of pain in her left abdomen which is being blamed on as muscle or skelatal issues because when they do blood work it comes back normal. One thing I find odd is that she has tried taking probiotics and they make her extremely sick. She ends up throwing them up. Any suggestions as to where to turn? She is at wits end

Update the discharge notes from the Gastroenterologist ?
Was she in habit of street fast food / spicy,non-veg, fried, oily food?
What is her days diet schedule?Does she consume more of tea/coffee/and alike?

Any food intolerance test was done?Does she have any dislike for bakery products or dairy products?
