Detailed Answer:
Hello,XXXX
Welcome to HCM.
I am Dr Rakesh Sharma answering your query.
The way you are describing your pain with sneezing, increases with movement and severity it can be sinus head ache.
In Migraine also the pain is as severe as this but there may be feeling of nausea and pain is usually on one side of head, and no sneezing.
I advice my patients in such condition to take Ibuprofen plus acetaminophen combination. If associated with sneezing or cold ,add antihistamine like cetirizine.
You can also try the same combination for time being.
You will certainly be benefited.
Hope I have answered your query, if any thing else, you are welcome or you can close the question by rating the answer.

Take medicines.
Detailed Answer:
Hello again,
These type of head aches give feeling of that THE NERVE IS GOING TO BLAST only.
I hope you have taken some medication , as advised in my previous answer , otherwise it is going to be on and on.
These medicine work even if pain is related to nerve to some extent.
Tramadol is another useful drug , but they are only available on prescription.
Once relieved even a little , you can see a doctor for a prescription of more potent analgesics.
