What Causes Severe Pain At Left Side Of Back?
Question: I was having a serious pains at my left back, I underwent a scan and the results shows that i have NEPHROCALCINOSIS, I am seriously allergic to sulfa drugs, pleased which medications,i mean drugs should i take immediately. Please help me, I'm dying.

Thank you so much doctor, I want to ask, Will this two drugs clear the stone from the kidney and also stops the pain, I can't sleep lying with my left side these days and I'm having constant headache. For how long will i take this drugs. Please is there any thing that I need to avoid for now

Doctor, the problem is the I can't find a nephrologist over here in Nigeria. Please help me. The scan says the left kidney depicts increase parrrenchymal echotex with thickened echopenic medulla, it measures 110*53, calyces are not dilated. My is urine is yellow in colour, no blood and no pain too, but I urinate more often because I take plenty of water this days. I have fever. My urine culture analysis shows that I have E-COLI
