What Causes Severe Pain In Ankles Despite Taking Humira?

ANkylosing spondylitis
Detailed Answer:
Good evening
thank you for writing on health care magic
Well, no it doesnt seem right. If you are on Humira, these sort of pains should not come up at least not due to arthritis. But there are a few possible reasons we are looking at:
1. Either there is infection at the hip joint or there is still active inflammation going on. Active inflammation on humira usually happens if you develop antibodies and the response goes sluggish, unlike initially
2. The other possibility is reduction in joint space at the hip. Which may have been there before also. Which I am not sure about...If you any X rays prior to taking humira, you can attach them here.
I would suggest you get an X ray of the Pelvis( AP view) done...That will give us a fair idea of joint space in the hip joint. If normal, we can proceed with ultrasound or MRI to see if there is any inflammation going on or not...
