Hi there.
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.
Thanks for the query.
Usually after fracture of the heel bone of it does not hai well, there could be chronic pain.
But in your case it could be Plantar fascitis be evacuee it increases in the morning and subsides by evening.
Also pain arising from arthritis of ye surrounding foot joints can contribute. Also bony spur cab cause this.
Apply ice, keep the limb elevated, wear soft footwear of you are able to walk. Use MCR Rubber slippers. Take pain killers for the pain. Walk with support of you can't put weight on it. Apply foot drop splint at night while sleeping. Do ankle raising exercises to improve hamstring muscle strength.
I would recommend you to get an Xray to look for non healing fracture, bony spur formation causing Plantar fascitis, or arthritis.
