Brief Answer:
Your pain seems to be due to anxiety.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.

After reading your post, it seems that pain in your left temporal area is due to anxiety and stress.
You should try to avoid stress.
Yoga and meditation will help you in dealing with stress in a positive way.

You can take a painkiller like Ibuprofen twice daily after meals along with an antacid like Omeprazole 40 mg once a day before meals.
Anxiolytics like Alprazolam 0.25 can be taken under medical supervision for relief of stress.
Also drink lots of water daily in addition to regular exercise in fresh air.

If the problem persists, get yourself clinically examined and investigated.
An MRI of head may be helpful.

I hope this is helpful to you.
If you have any further query, I will be happy to help.
Regards. Thanks.

Thank you for your timely response. My stress level is extremely high as I own a Mobile Nuclear Medicine Imaging Service, contracted to service 4 rule Washington hospitals.
Due to my surgeries I have been unable to physically be at the facilities we service as much as I would like to be.
I try to manage my company the best I can from home. However it not easy when
there is a $ 378K yearly on the line.
Also my oldest son is heading down the wrong path of life after a negative discharge situation from the Marines. I've tried to correct his direction by buying him a franchise so he could at lease live on his income.
He has been disrespectful and ungrateful for what he has been given.
