Please find the reports of uric acid investigation. For you information, I am suffering from pain in my feet and have a bit of weakness. please advise if I need to take any medication.

It has been a month I am suffering from pain in both the legs. I got vitamin D and Vitamin B12 checked. Vitamin D and B12 level were 21 and 60 respectively. As of now I have taken 7 shots of b12. I got my b12 level checked yesterday, the level was 667. The pain remains throughout the day and there is no swelling.
