What Causes Severe Pain In The Left Hip Post An Accident?

Question: last july 12 2016 at 7am i fell onthe hardwood floor in our home. the injury was severe to my left hip and femur. i had emergency surgery within 16 hours. a titaniumrod was inserted from the top of my feft knee up to the hip and another rod from mygroin on an angle attached to the major rod. i can still barely tolerate the pain , had an xray done yesterday and nothing showed up. will it ever get any better

Hi , I am Dr Gopal Goel Orthopedic Surgeon.
In view of your surgery being 9 months old and are still having pain, with no x rays attached, I could think only in terms of non union of the fracture . In this picture , if the pain is caused by non union then re surgery is recommended. but if the cause of pain is something else , then the treatment would depend on the cause.
If possible pl attach the x rays.
