Question: I would like to know what is the best relief for a pulled Hamstring, I am 67 years old an have a lot of pain from just below my knee on the out side of my leg all the way up into my butt ox?

Treatment includes rest, weight loss if you have put on weight, reduce amount of physical exertion and/or exercise, use non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (E.g. ibuprofen, etc.) and muscle relaxants.
