What Causes Severe Red Colored Raised Bumps All Over Body?

Question: Last night I got a severe rash on both sides of my body (under arms and side of torso, under biceps as well). It was gone by morning. It came back tonight in exact same spots. It's blotchy, red, raised.

Acute urticaria

Hello
Thanks for the query.
Your symptoms and photograph are suggestive of acute urticaria.
It is an allergic reaction and can be caused by any food product pollen grains in air or wearing a new cloth.
You can be allergic to any of these.
You need to find out the allergen.
I treat such cases with a non sedating anti histamine in day and a sedating antihistamine in night.
You can try this for a week.

Why do you think it wold go away all day then come back at night? I haven't done anything new or different. It was worse tonight than last night. Benedryl seems to work. I sent 3 photos. Did you only get one?

I have seen all the photos.
Urticaria is known for periodicity.
The lesions appear at a particular time and disappear within a few hours.
Benadryl is an anti histamine hence it is helping you.
You can continue taking Benadryl for 15 days.
Please take tablet monterlukast for 15 days along with benadryl.
This should help you.
