Brief Answer:
Such symptoms are normal thing after this type of surgery.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

7 days after surgery is a very short time. Symptoms like eating problems, stomach pain are very normal thing after such surgery. Especially that you have had an inflammation. This just makes the healing time much longer and harder.
Usually it takes up to 3 months for complete healing. During that time you may have abdominal pain and diarrhea especially after fatty foods.

The most common complication associated with gallbladder surgery is a fluid collection in the abdomen. This usually gives abdominal pain (constant) and fever. As long as you do not have this symptoms, we may assume everything is fine and you should give it some time.

In some cases, gallstones and peptic ulcer in the stomach are present at the same time. If so, after gallbladder removal patient feels no relief. Stomach pain is in the upper middle abdomen and does not radiate to the back. It is dull and appears after foods intake. So if the symptoms will be present for next few weeks without any improvement, gastroscopy should be considered.

Vaginal bleeding is something not associated with gallbladder surgery. So it has to be checked by a gynecologist.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
