Questions for you to help me answer you better.
Detailed Answer:
Hello Ms XXXX,
When did your vomiting start?
Are you feeling light headed, dry mouth, or having decreased urination?
Are you having any other symptoms, and if so, how severe are they (fever, abdominal pain, diarrhea).
If you are having any abdominal pain, where is it located?
Did these current symptoms immediately follow the chills and aches you were having?
Have you had any recent travels, including outside the US?
Questions for you to help me answer you better.

IV fluids and antiemetic vs staying at home:
Detailed Answer:
Well this sounds miserable!
As long as you are able to keep down fluids, and not getting dehydrated, it is ok for you to wait and see how tonight goes. But if you are still vomiting in the morning (or if you feel you are starting to get weak or dehydrated before then), a trip to the ER or urgent care would be in order. There they can give you an IV which will allow you to rest your digestive tract, and that may put an end to the vomiting. They can also give you, via IV or IM, an antiemetic such as phenergan.
I personally would go in to the ER or urgent care now, because the antiemetic plus IV (and correction of any electrolytes that may be off after checking them, such as low potassium), can make you feel better fairly quickly.
Please let me know if I can provide further information. I do hope you feel better soon!
