What Causes Severe Vomiting, Lower Abdominal Pain And Excessive Burping?
Question: Dear Sir
My wife is aged 26 years Old. From last 1 week, she is vomiting continuously. Whatever she drinks (including water) or eats, she vomits it out exactly after 10 to 15 mins. She is also having paid below her belly button (bearable). She is getting burps on regular basis (acidic). Today she got her Blood & urine tested in lab along with ultrasound. Please give your email ID so that i can email you the Lab reports as due to technical error not able to attach here.
She actually took some street food on 31st December. I guess its Intestinal infection. We have visited a local MD surgeon yesterday. He prescribed antibiotics. But no relief yet. Please guide.

It looks like she is recovering from intestinal infection, gastritis and gastroesophageal reflux disease.
Her doctor has given the right medications. Let her continue with the same medications. As her to drink enough fluids to remain well hydrated.
I presume she is feeling better now.
If symptoms persists or worsening, then intestinal obstruction has to be ruled out.
