Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

Hepatomegaly is not really a diagnosis. In order to help you I need the following details
1. Did you ever have jaundice?
2. Did they mention that you have fatty liver?
3. Please furnish the liver function and ultrasound report
4. Also mention the drus you are on currently

Patients with liver issues are normally asked to avoid red meat. We allow fish and chicken soup 3- 4 times a week.

I am awaiting your reply

Brief Answer:
Not to worry about liver

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the getting back with the reports. From the reports you have attached it looks like you have hemangioma, it is a normal phenomenon and requires no treatment.
I recommend the following
1. Avoid food rich in fat
2. Try to maintain wait within your normal limit
3. Go for regular check ups of atleast once a year
4. No need to have only boiled food, you can have a regular diet but make sure it is less in fat content
5. Exercise regularly, cardiovascular exercises like walking and jogging for 30 min is the best for you

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me

Regards
