What Causes Shaky Feeling And Weakness After Exercising?

Question: I'm a 43 yo female. I exercise at least 6 days a week including running 3 to 4 days a week. While at the gym today doing a less intense workout (walking on a treadmill at a 7% incline) I suddenly felt shaky and weak. I felt like my heart was racing but it wasn't. Pulse was 114 just after working out. I stopped working out because I thought my legs would buckle. I sat XXXXXXX and it took a long time to catch my breath. About 20 minutes later I felt okay enough to drive home. This is the second time this had happened in a month.
I was not hungry, this occurred around 6pm and I had lunch and a snack. I avoid caffine because I get heart palpitations. I had a Holter monitor test and a nuclear treadmill test a few years ago and everything was normal. Also, I started taking high blood pressure medicine when I was only 30 and Lipitor three years ago. I'm 5'7" and 142. I've never been over weight. I was adopted, so it's assumed HB and cholesterol are hereditary. Otherwise perfectly healthy.

Brief Answer:
get your stress test done
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,
I am Dr.Rajesh Teli
I have gone through your query.
I understand you have hypertension since age of 30 andd you take lisinopril.you are also taking lipitor.
Though your stress was normal few years ago,as your recent symptoms are following exercise I suggest you to get your exercise stress test repeated.I would also like to know your menstrual history.kindly check your hemoglobin and blood sugar to rule out anemia or high sugar as cause of your symptoms.
I would be glad to guide you further once I get reoports of these tests
My best wishes

Thank you Dr. Teli.
Menstrual cycle has been a bit heavier and more frequent (21 days) in the past year. I've been thinking that's due to my age. I've been tested for blood sugar twice in the past 2 years, once while fasting it was 90, then not fasting it was a bit lower ( don't remember the number, but normal) I've tested negative for anemia. Also my thyroid is normal.
