Brief Answer:
Possible cardiac-vascular event...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through your query carefully and understood your concerns.
The symptoms you have experienced might be related to possible angina (cardio-vascular event).
If I was your caring doctor will also ask to do stress test together with Ct-scan angiography to understand the status of your heart blood vessels.
Furthermore, as you are consuming beer every week, I suggest stop drinking alcohol. I also advise to keep monitoring BP regularly and to avoid work overload. Trying to cope with stress is also highly suggested.
