Hello XXXXXXX
I share your concern
Sinus problem can be related to local allergy or sinus infection.
I would like further information to guide you better
Since how long you have this problem
what all symptoms are you having like running or blocked nose, watering of eye or headache
There are alternative of levocetirizine available over the counter like Azelastine nasal spray or Fexofenadine group of drugs

Multivitamin supplements especially B complex and vitamin C is recommended to take.
If it doesn't improve consult an ENT surgeon in your own time for an X ray PNS (paranasal sinuses) and clinical examination to confirm the diagnosis

I'm having the pain for about 2 days now. I don't have runny nose or watering of eye.
The pain is there.. above the upper part of nostrils near my eyes and it is irritating when sometimes it becomes very sharp (but goes away in a few seconds).
I'm thinking of avoiding going to office as there is Air conditioner there and it might aggravate my symptoms.
I will try the meds recommended by you and will also try to get an X-ray done if this doesn't improve in a day or two.
Thanks, XXXXXXX
