Brief Answer:
Right sided chest pain, likely causes and management options

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic.

Good thing is that right sided chest pain is not likely to be cardiac but still ECG should be considered for every kind of chest pain. If pain is localised and sharp it also makes it unlikely to be orginating from heart.

If no fever, cough or shortness of breath is present lung infection is rare but chest Xray is necessary to look for any small pneumothorax.

If both ECG and Xray come out to be normal, the it can be muscular which will be relieved by using muscle relaxants like orphenidrine or tizanidine along with analgesics like acetaminophen. Also look clearly for any skiny rash or eruptions.

Hoping you a speedy recovery. Regards
