Unlikely to be tumor or stroke
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
According to your symptoms it's very unlikely to be a stroke or tumor.
Severe unilateral periorbital pain and redness with watering and blurring of eyes may be due to SUNCT or glaucoma.
You need to consult an ophthalmologist or neurologist for proper examination and advise.
It's unlikely to go on its own.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
