Question: I'm having sporadic rapid heart beat that comes with a squeezing pain and shortness of breath and dizziness. This has been going on for almost 3 1/2 weeks.

I'll recommend you for certain tests like first ECG, 2D Echo, TMT and holter monitoring.
Holter monitoring is 24hr ECG monitoring of your ECG which will diagnose if the tachycardia is abnormal.
Echo and TMT will rule out associated cardiac abnormality if any.
