What Causes Skin Growths On Vagina?

Question: I noticed on one side of my labia a small skin growth, that has the same color of the skin, and another smaller one next to it looking like a pimple. The longer one looks like a piece of skin hangind down it is very small and has been there for 5 days. Some new things i did: I just started shaving the whole labia a couple of weeks ago; I started taking bio-identical hormone replacement 2 weeks ago using estradiol and testosterone cream and progesterone and HDEA orally. i usually put the cream on my inner thighs and wrists, according to instructions, which mentioned another are to apply it on the labia; i applied a small amount once only and this thing appeared a few days after that. Could this be a worrisome thing could that have cause the growth? I have an OBG appt tomorrow but am worried.

I've just received your photos. I admit the resolution was not that good to let me get into further details. However, from what I've seen, the two skin growth seem to be vaginal warts or possible skin tags.

I advise to run:
- transvaginal ultrasound
- PAP smear testing
for further evaluations and determination of exact diagnosis of such growth inside your genitalia.

Keep a good local hygiene. Do not dare to cut or get the skin growth off yourself to avoid further undesired side effects.
