What Causes Slight Bleeding Around The Gestation Sac?

Question: I'm pregnant in my 4th week 6 days now. Doctor said there is collection seen in my uterus and asked me to avoid travelling but can go for smaller distance . Please advise how risky this condition is for my pregnancy. Fyi, this is my 2nd iui cycle and my hcg level is doubling properly.
