What Causes Small Black Blood Filled Dots On Leg Post A Surgery?

Question: I had surgery 7 weeks ago on my broken ankle and leg. 2 weeks after surgery I started getting a rash. I have 4 different creams and it seems like the rash is starting to go away but I developed some black dots in the skin bout 3 weeks ago and they seem to b spreading slowly. Just this week They seem to b making there way to the surface and popping a clearish blood substance. Was wondering what this is and how to treat it
Brief Answer:
Could you please post a picture?
Detailed Answer:
Welcome to HCM:
1. Please post a picture of these changes.
2. Have you seen a doctor, it would seem to me that you should see one at around the 6 week mark after surgery?
3. This sounds like a cellulitis that should be investigated by a physician.
4. If it is cellulitis, you need antibiotics, but yet again a picture will go a long way here. Thanks
