What Causes Small Black Patch On Penile Head?
Question: I had unprotected sex once and later on used condoms for my sex endevaour. I found a small black patch(not lump some sort of discoloratsation) on the penis head. COuld you please advise if this is serious. What can i do to remdy this. I have had this for 3 years now(no pain or itching I faced)

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts and photographs that you have posted it appears that you have developed black patch on glans penis after having unprotected sex .
This is mostly due to small hematoma that has resulted from bleeding in in glans penis due to dry ,vigorous sex .
Do not worry this will get absorbed spontaneously over a period of few weeks .

tnx doc for you info. But I have had this black spot for 3 years and it does not go? What can I do to get rid of the mark? any medicine/cream I have to use. will this black patch spread if I have unprotected sex with my future wife
