
What Causes Small Elevated Skin Lesions On Hands And Face?

Question: I have these white small firm bumps that never go away. I get them in different parts of my hands and also sporadically on my face and perennial area . Do you have any idea what these are? They get large in my vaginal area please help me with this thank you the pictures are from my hand.

I have seen the attached image. These small elevated skin lesions look like sebaceous gland hyperplasia. These are benign skin lesions and can be treated with elecrocautery, lasers, cryotherpay or trichloroacetic acid application over lesions(chemical cautery).
Other possibility could be xanthoma.
I would advise that you meet a dermatologist for confirming diagnosis and suggesting appropriate treatment.
I would appreciate if you could attach some more pics of these lesions over hands, face and perineal area for further clarification of your doubts, if any.
