I have seen the attached picture.
Your partner surely has a rash over his legs.
I would like to know certain more details about the rash .
Since when he has this rash .
Which all areas of body are affected.
Also please tell if there is any associated pain or itching or discomfort.
Is there any development of fluid filled lesions first ,as mentioned by you .
Also please provide certain more close up pictures of the rash at various other sites and if possible ,picture of a blister too .

He has the rash on his legs, arms, hands, buttocks, stomach, ankle but not on feet or face yet. He has had this rash for 2 weeks and it is spreading. He says it itches somewhat. Yes, there is a little bubble first on some of them.

Your husband seems to have developed Pityriasis rosea.
Now this is basically a harmless self limiting skin condition in which there is development of red itchy rash over the body which tends to remain for four to six weeks .
The lesions tend to heal on their own in four to six weeks .
Topical application of cortizone cream along with plenty of skin moisturisers is sufficient to control itching .
No other treatment is mostly required since it slowly settles on its own .
It is also non contagious in nature .
So you need not worry ,however if in any case it tends to persist beyond this time ,then you can see a nearby specialist .
