Brief Answer:
Kindly provide pictures and details

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same.
The type of skin lesion you developed in the groin region could either simply be a folliculitis which is the infection of the root of hair follicle or it could even be a std .
For confirmation of the diagnosis,I would like to have a look at the exact skin condition.
Please click some close up pictures of the affected area and upload them here on this page .
Also please tell since when have you developed these lesions.
Any outside sexual exposure?if yes,how many days before the development of this lesion.
Also please tell if there is any associated pain or itching or discomfort.

I am sure I will be able to help you better once you provide me the pictures along with the above details.

Brief Answer:
Hair follicle infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

You seem to have developed a lesion of folliculitis.
Such infections are quite common in this area due to sweating and friction .
Keep the affected area clean and dry.
Wash the affected area with lukewarm saline water twice daily.
Apply a topical antibiotic cream like neosporin or mupirocin over the lesion twice daily.
Do not apply any other cream or oil over the affected area.
I am sure the lesion will heal in three to five days .
You might need a course of oral antibiotics if the lesion still tends to persist or increase
