Brief Answer:
Fordyce spota are a common anatomic finding; CO 2 Laser vaporization
Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us.
I have gone through your query and i have also reviewed the image pertaining to your query.
These are fordyce spots. Fordyce spots are ectopic sebaceous glands.
Apart from cosmetic concerns they dont have any other significance.
Most common sites for fordyce spots are undersurface of prepuce in males, inner labia in females and lip/ oral mucosa.
No active intervention is usually required because fordyce spots are considered a normal anatomic finding in a lot of people.
Treatment if desired for cosmetic concerns is with CO 2 Laser vaporization.
Otherwise they can be just left as it is.
Regards

Well they appear in a very odd spot and were not there all my life.... how could they appear suddenly ? Could it be HPV or VZV ? i cannot have relationship with this anymore...it look very suspiciou.... About the second picture...what do you think it is ?
Brief Answer:
Second Image seems like herpes zoster
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Fordyce spots must have been there and may be you never paid an attention to them before. You can simply ignore them.
This is definitely not HPV infection/ warts though fordyce spots are a commonly mistaken for warts.
VZV or varicella zoster virus infection usually either causes chicken pox Or Herpes Zoster. It is not even a close differential of fordyce spots.
You second Image does look like herpes zoster which is due to reactivation of Varicella Zoster Virus/ VZV.
Regards
