Brief Answer:
Probably a viral bronchitis
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to HealthcareMagic,
I have gone through your question and I can understand you.
As you explain the situation, it seems that this has started as a viral condition with its typical signs and symptoms and then precipitated with laryngitis and probably viral acute bronchitis.
These wheezing are related to bronchitis more than the fluid in your lungs.
I would recommend you to use some inhalers (like Clenil twice daily for some days) together with the actual medications.
If you do not have any fever you should not do anything else except inhalers.
Do not worry you will feel better again after some days.
Take care and feel free to ask me again
