What Causes Sore Breasts And Lower Back Pain?

Question: I've been having sore breasts, light pain/cramps side and lower back, i'm late on period and now seem to be urinating more often. I took a test and it was negative. I'm 44 could this just be menopause starting?
Brief Answer:
May be hormonal imbalance, emotional upset
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
I have gone through your query and the your symptoms seem to be related to permenopause. There can be a mild back muscle spasm also that can be relieved with rest pain killers hot compress and a local analgesic gel.
n case the frequency of urination s not relieved after the periods then do get a urine test done to rule out an infection.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.

So if its related to perimenopause then it would not be possible for me to become pregnant?
Brief Answer:
Chances of pregnancy are low.
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
Chances of pregnancy decrease with increasing age. With the perimenopausal hormonal changes the ovulation and conception is less likely.
Hope my answer is helpful.
