Calcium deficiency, Vitamin D deficiency, Electrolyte abnormalities etc , might cause what you are experiencing.
Has the doctor examined you and ruled out Deep Vein Thrombosis etc.
If all your investigations and clinical examination is normal, it might be helpful to have Vitamin E (EVION) once daily.
Not drinking enough water can also cause calf pain. Make sure you drink at least 8-10 glasses of water a day.
Have nutritious well balanced meals with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables , Calcium rich food, nuts etc
Do proper warm up and stretching exercises before brisk walk or activities .
Avoid smoking and alcohol.
Hope this information was helpful to you .
