I understand your concern.

The tips of the breast can become sore for the following reasons at your age (75 years old):
- breast infection
- muscular-skeletal related to intercostal inflammation or spondyloarthrosis
- breast cysts or fibroadenoma

Further details are required though:
- a photo of your breasts in order to evaluate the changes in the color? shape?
- if you check your breasts, do you feel something tender? what about your armpit?
- any discharge from the tips? blood?
- when did the pain start?
- what have you used so far?

For the moment, I can only advise to take paracetamol or ibuprofen for the pain.
