Brief Answer:
Infected cyst
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query
Since there is a cyst on both the testicles and also it is associated with soreness it is most likely to be an infected cyst or the cyst is encroaching upon a nerve neding which is causing the pain.
I recommend you to meet a urologist and get an ultrasound guided drainage of the cyst cavity or excision of the cyst.
A good painkiller for this would be tab aceclofenac, he can take twice a day for not more than two days.
I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me
Regards
