Question: I have tiny red bumps all over my tongue and it's sore

I am so sorry to hear about these tiny bumps on your tongue and the soreness. It is not uncommon to have these type of minor ailments that represent little or no danger beyond the symptoms and inconveniences caused. I will suggest that recommend that you rinse your mouth 3times daily with a mouth wash antiseptic of your choice. This will prevent any further infection as well as relief you of this pain.
In all, rinse the mouth 3times daily for disinfection and control of symptoms. There is no reason to be too worried at this time.

Thank you so much for the information, Dr. Ditah. My husband had a bout with oral cancer that started with a tiny red bump in his mouth so when I saw these I was a little concerned. Thanks again and have a good evening.
